Our hydraulic electromagnets can be se up with a particular control system, driven by an electronic card specifically designed by us, through which it is possible to make sure the oil flow coming from the excavator/loader is actually the recommended. This system consists of a LED light indicator lighting up in 4 different colours, each of which signals a different oil flow range.
The 4 different cases any operator can come across while working are indicated in the table below:
Compliance with oil flow parameters avoids any unnecessary overheating or oil waste, which permits the electromagnet to be always used to the best of its capacities. An oil flow higher than the nominal doesn´t produce any increase in the power, whereas a lower oil flow prevents the electromagnet from being fully operational.
Axial-piston VARIABLE displacement motor
(Option)
Our electromagnets can be fitted with
an axial-piston VARIABLE displacement
moto, whose function is to allow the
generator´s coming from the
excavator/loader.
In so doing, it is not the oil flow(l/min)
that needs to be regulated according to
the characteristics of the electromagnet.
Still, it is the electromagnet to adapt to
the oil flow.
This type of motor also enables the
excavator/loader to undergo fewer efforts,
which entails performances and energy savings far higher that those observable on the standard electromagnets equipped with FIXED displacement motors (on equal power, a 30-50% lower waste of energy is detected).
The proper functioning can be supervised through a VOLTMETER located inside the electromagnet (see below picture), accessible by simply unscrewing one of the three black windows on the cover,
The value displayed (210-215 V) does nothing but confirm that the oil flow and the number of revolutions completed by the generator are correct.
The regulation can be performed following three easy steps:
1.Unblock the nuts with a fork wrench size 13.
2.Movee the blue lever until the correct value is displayed on the voltmeter (210-215 V).
3.Clamp the nuts again.
