The aim of product development and design
is to create a tool that has been optimizad for
the customer, taking into account the machine
specific properties such as digging forces,
stability, operating weight, field of vision and
conditions of use, e.g. soil type, bulk density
and available space.
The top priority is to achieve the optimal balance
between the service life of the equipment,
wear behavior and energy efficiency.
Modern 3D CAD systems allow the developers
to produce even the most complex designs,
simulate the motion of hydraulically-operated
equipment and therefore respond most
effectively to customer requirements.
The advanced production process: cutting, welding, testing, and using only best materials.
● Our production area covers 5.500 m2 with
a total area of 9.000 m2.
● Around 120 people are directtly involved in
the production process.
●The most important piece of equipment is
our 14 metres long portal metal cutting
machine, which enables us to produce a
large number of high quality workpieces. it
is equipped with gas and plasma cutters
that cut steel sheets up to 300 mm thick.
Preparation before welding
● The OMCA SMF 900 edge milling machine
(Italy) with automatic feeder is able to work
with a sheet with thickness of up to 80 mm
and a hardness of up to 500 HB.
Quality control
● Painting, packaging and final control work sections are separated in our manufacturing area. Here regular visual inspection is carried out and the article is given a commercial appearance: this is certainly one of the criteria in the understanding quality. A set of simple and well-established actions leads to the fact that uor partners receive quality products, which met time targets.
